Robyn is a seasoned professional with Oracle applications and project management  working with them since version 10.4.2 CHAR. She has in-depth knowledge in the Oracle Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, Plan to Build, and Consignment Management streams where she has excelled in business process design, system configuration, troubleshooting, training, and production support.

Her pro-active and creative approach to problem solving has given her a proven track record of successful implementations, with extensive experience interacting with C-level executives as well as end user personnel. She is recognized as a competent and effective professional that produces solid business solutions.

Her experience includes the installations, data conversions, and setups of Oracle core E-business applications (definition, design, development, testing, and implementation) in release 12.0.5, 11i up through 11.5.10, 11.3, 10.7SC, and 10.4.2CHAR. She has managed functional & technical teams in multiple full-cycle implementations on-site and off-site. She is self-motivated and works well individually and as a team player.

Robyn has experience in project management, requirements gathering, solution design, application setup, interface design, conversion design, leading conference room pilots, user acceptance testing, integration testing, issue resolution, and end user training with utilizing both Oracle Tutor and UPK.


Randy's experience  as a database tuning consultant, computer systems integrator, and senior technical writer began in 1998. The companies he has served are easilbly recognizable in the IT industry. His main area of focus is improving database performance by tuning specific poorly performing queries on Oracle based systems including Siebel. 

Randy has a B.S, in philosophy from the University of California Irvine. He is married, has two grown children and resides in South Los Angeles County, California.

Kevin has been working with Oracle software since 1991 as both a developer and DBA. Since 1996, he has been an independent consultant DBA working for a long list of well-known clients. He focuses mostly on implementing and optimizing large packaged applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Siebel. A recognized & certified expert, he has spoken both locally and globally at conferences and symposiums, Oracle User groups, led training classes and seminars for many of his clients about Oracle tuning issues and techniques.

Kevin has a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Investment Finance from California State University Long Beach. He has finished his Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technology  by development a new paradigm and framework for database maintenance at Claremont Graduate University.
